They specialize in helping investors, acquirers, and operators make smarter decisions by providing precise financial analysis, reliable modeling, and actionable insights.</p><p>The team works closely with global clients navigating acquisitions, growth strategies, and complex transactions. As part of this mission, they’re building a finance team that thrives on accuracy, speed, and strategic thinking—making sure every number tells the right story.</p><p><strong><br>Location:</strong><em> </em>Argentina / Latam - Fully Remote</p><p><strong><br>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review client financials (P&L, balance sheets, tax returns) with top-tier accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Input and validate financial data in internal models within tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Deliver clear, actionable insights that highlight risks and opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Generate concise reports with key metrics, red flags, and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with global teams and maintain strong communication standards.</p></li><li><p>Suggest process and tool improvements during quarterly reviews.</p></li><li><p>Stay sharp by joining internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</p></li><li><p>CPA or equivalent certification (required).</p></li><li><p>2+ years of hands-on financial analysis; M&A exposure is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong command of financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario planning).</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with QuickBooks/Xero for data extraction.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Perks: What's in it for you</strong></p><ul><li><p>100% remote role, with a preference for LatAm-based talent.&lt
