Job Summary

REKOOP seeks a hands-on and organized Finance & Operations Executive to manage daily finance tasks and support wellness centre operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly payroll, attendance, and commissions accurately to support timely staff compensation
• Manage finance administration including processing invoices, payments, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records
• Coordinate purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers, and oversee inventory and consumables to ensure operational readiness
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and servicing of wellness equipment and machinery to maintain functionality
• Perform daily operational checks to confirm the wellness centre is prepared for business each day
• Support documentation and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth centre operations
• Communicate with suppliers, technicians, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly
• Execute ad-hoc finance and operations tasks as assigned to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance administration, operations, payroll, or related roles
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to manage data and reports effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle numerical data accurately
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on and responsible approach
• Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service operations is advantageous
