About the Role
Operations is one of CoreWeave's largest and most operationally complex functions, spanning IT, supply chain, and data center operations, and it is scaling rapidly across new geographies and sites. We are looking for a Director, People Business Partner to own the strategic partnership with Operations senior leadership and to build and lead a team of People Business Partners that delivers consistent, high-quality people support across a growing, globally distributed organization.
This is a player-coach leadership role. The right person moves fluidly between executive-level strategy and the operational details, builds credibility fast with senior operational leaders, and has partnered a mixed hourly and salaried workforce at scale. They thrive in high-volume, ambiguous, hypergrowth environments and hold a high bar of accountability for themselves and the team they lead.
Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Various Dimensions
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the most senior People partner to Operations leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as we scale globally.
- Build and Lead the PBP Team: Develop, and lead a team of People Business Partners across the Operations organization, setting the standard for consistent, high-quality people and business support as the function scales.
- Expansion: Lead PBP workstreams on geographic expansion in partnership with internal People teams. Build support that scales with a repeatable model as new sites and regions come online, while remaining agile as priorities shift.
- Workforce Planning: Advise Operations leaders on organizational design as teams grow. Work with Talent Acquisition and Finance to turn growth plans into headcount plans that account for how AI and automation
