Job Description & Requirements

Prepare tenders for upcoming new projects.

Update and submit details and information such as taking-off, estimation works and tabulations as and when requested.

Evaluate tender and recommend contract contractor/subcontractor selection.

-

Proficiency in Microsoft office, Cost Estimation Analysis, Measurement and Valuation, Contractual Knowledge, Negotiation, Leadership.

-

Willingness to travel, ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced working environment and multiple tasks management.

Requirement

-

Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.

-

Minimum 5 years experience.
