As part of 1Password’s Finance Analytics team, you’ll help build trusted financial data foundations and turn complex business data into clear insights for Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations (RevOps). You’ll work across annual recurring revenue (ARR), retention, billing, and subscription metrics while helping create Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled reporting workflows that make decision-making faster and more reliable. Your work will support 1Password’s mission to enable a safe, productive digital future without compromising security. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Financial Data Analytics, this role is remote within the United States and Canada. How we’re using AI today On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: • Experience in analytics or a related data role, with proficiency in SQL, including joins, common table expressions (CTEs), window functions, and analysis of large datasets. • Understanding of data modeling practices, including fact and dimension tables, star schemas, and related approaches to organizing reliable data. • Ability to
