- Provide professional beauty services including eyebrow shaping, lash services, facial treatments and other beauty procedures according to customer requirements and salon standards.
- Consult clients on beauty needs, assess skin conditions, recommend suitable beauty treatments and aftercare guidance.
- Maintain clean, hygienic and tidy work station, sanitise tools and equipment strictly in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Keep records of customer service information, follow up with clients for post-service care and repeat appointments.
- Introduce salon beauty packages and products to customers politely.
- Follow salon SOPs, maintain good service attitude and handle customer enquiries properly.
- Learn new beauty techniques and update skills continuously.
