<h2>Overview:</h2><p><span>FinteqHub is expanding the team and is looking for an experienced <strong>Automation QA Engineer</strong> to help strengthen test coverage and develop its testing approach.</span></p><h2>About Product:</h2><p><strong>Finteqhub</strong></p><p>А PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.<br><a target="_blank" href="https://finteqhub.com/">Learn more</a></p><h2>Purpose of the role:</h2><p>To improve the reliability and coverage of API testing by maintaining and expanding automated tests, supporting the transition from Java tests to Gonkey, and investigating failures across services. The role also contributes to testing frameworks and helps the team use AI tools in its daily QA work.</p><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p><span>Develop and maintain automated API tests.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take part in the team's transition to Gonkey: migrate existing Java tests and help shape new testing approaches.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the existing Java test suite and help reduce accumulated test coverage debt.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enhance and expand testing frameworks with new features and capabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use AI tools in day-to-day work: test generation from specs, log and failure analysis, and code review support.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively participate in code reviews across QA automation teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure adherence to the testing pyramid at all levels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with DEV, QA, and Analytics within a cross-functional team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze daily automated test runs and triage failures.</span></p></li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li><p><span>4+ years of experience in test automation with Java, with a focus on API testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of REST/HTTP, JSON, and API contract testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with k8s, Docker, PostgreSQL (confident SQL), and any message broker.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Maven, TestNG, WireMock, and Jackson.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).</span></p></li><li&g
