As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead teams, drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and support colleague development in a fast-paced retail environment. Acting as Store Manager in their absence, you'll gain valuable store leadership experience and develop the skills needed to progress into a Store Manager role. Ideal for candidates currently working as a Deputy Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, Retail Manager, Sales Floor Manager, or Team Leader seeking their next step in retail management.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>The Team</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You’ll work directly with an established store team to create the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
