Appointment Setter Fully Remote Work From Home Role $800/mo + $100 per sale generated + perfomance bonuses OTE approximately $1,200–$1,500/month

Role
Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to support a growing barber education business based in Florida.
In this role, you will actively make outbound calls to leads provided by our client, follow up with prospects who are interested in our client’s classes and training to become high performance barbers, and schedule appointments for them to visit the school.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, communicates confidently and professionally with prospects, and has the discipline to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the client promptly and professionally• Assist prospects with inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for them to visit the school
- Complete daily appointment setting and administrative tasks
- Follow up as needed to support the appointment and sales process
Requirements
- Fluent and rich vocabulary in English and Spanish
- Discipline to work independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection, functional headset, and a quiet workspace
Highly Preferred
- Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service or sales
- Experience working with U.S. based service businesses
Location
Remote
Availability Full-Time – Monday through Friday, 9:45 AM to 5:15 PM 36 hours perweek, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon)
Compensation $800/mo + $100 per sale generated + perfomance bonuses
OTE approximately $1,200–$1,500/month
Salary: $800+ / month
