- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Analyze system and application logs, run diagnostic queries, and isolate the root cause of software bugs or outages.
- Application Maintenance & Monitoring: Track production system health using monitoring tools, apply patches, and deploy release/change requests.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and business analysts to hand off complex defects or test hotfixes.
- Documentation: Write and update troubleshooting guides, FAQ articles, and post-incident review reports.
- Financial / Banking domain experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments
