AI Solutions Engineer

Your mission

• Harmonize the different AI tools and initiatives already taking shape across teams into one coherent, company-wide approach
• Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows - using agents, skills, and similar methods - that put our AI strategy into practice
• Own the AI infrastructure - cloud and on-premises - that powers these workflows, from architecture through deployment
• Serve as the internal reference point for AI, advising projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions
• Vet and validate externally sourced AI components before they enter our products or processes
• Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on enablement

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture
• A proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production - not just a proof of concept
• Working knowledge of both cloud-based and on-premises or local AI infrastructure
• Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth into terms non-technical stakeholders act on

You are

• Independent and resourceful in execution, turning direction into concrete, working solutions
• Analytical, hands-on, and pragmatic - equally comfortable in the details and the big picture
• A confident communicator who can align stakeholders and earn trust without relying on formal authority
• Motivated by the opportunity to leave a visible mark on how a fast-growing medtech company puts AI to work

Why us?

We offer an exciting role in a multinational, innovative, fast growing and dynamic environment. In our company you can create, shape, and take ownership. Our unique company culture is shaped by our passion and values.
