About the role
A new tuition centre in Singapore is looking for an organised, friendly admin assistant to be the first point of contact for parents. The role is part-time and fully remote.
What you’ll do
- Reply to parent enquiries on WhatsApp
- Manage student enrolment, trial lessons and class placements
- Coordinate timetables with the teachers
- Send invoices and follow up on fee payments
- Keep attendance records and arrange make-up lessons
What we’re looking for
- Excellent written English and a warm, clear way with parents
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort with WhatsApp and spreadsheets
- A reliable internet connection
- Able to reply quickly to parents during working hours [10am to 9pm, Singapore time]
- Experience in a tuition or enrichment centre is a plus
What we offer
- S$10 an hour, paid monthly on a timesheet
- About 20 hours a month to start, with more hours as enrolment grows
- Fully remote, with flexible hours outside the reply windows
