As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in person technology experience by supporting the workplace systems employees rely on every day. You'll own the office network, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and provide hands on IT support for employees and new hires. This is an onsite, individual contributor role based in Austin, reporting to the Manager of IT Ops. You will be the primary IT presence in the office, partnering closely with our remote IT Support team to bring the same high quality support experience into a physical workplace. While you'll own the technology that keeps the office running, you'll also help shape how workplace support evolves as 1Password grows beyond a fully remote company. As only our second office location, this role offers a unique opportunity to help establish scalable processes, improve documentation, and influence the future of in person workplace technology and support.
