Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional activities for Workday Financials implementation projects.
- Understand business requirements through client discussions and workshops.
- Design and recommend suitable ERP solutions and standard processes.
- Prepare functional requirements, process documents, and solution designs.
- Support ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system interfaces.
- Prepare training materials and support user training.
- Manage project activities and coordinate with clients and project teams.
- Support issue resolution and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant experience; maximum 20 years.
- Strong experience in Workday Financials.
- Experience in functional solution architecture.
- Experience with cloud-based Finance ERP implementation.
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles.
- Experience managing projects or functional teams.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Workday Financials certification is an advantage.
- PMP or CPA certification is an advantage.
- Consulting experience is preferred.
