Warehouse Reworker

If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Warehouse Reworker.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>Be part of the movement – and play your part.</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>About the role</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Working Monday to Friday on the 14:00–22:00 shift, you'll play an important role in maintaining product quality and supporting warehouse operations. You'll inspect, repair, repackage, and rework products to ensure they meet customer and company standards, while helping to keep the operation running efficiently.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>You will be responsible for:</span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Inspecting returned, damaged, or non-conforming products and identifying quality issues</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Reworking products through cleaning, relabelling, repackaging, repairing, or reassembling items as required</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Ensuring all reworked products meet quality, safety, and customer standards before release</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Maintaining accurate records of rework activities and reporting recurring issues or defects</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Operating warehouse equipment safely and assisting with stock movements and inventory activities</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>About you</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>You'll ideally have experience working within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment and be comfortable following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. Previous experience in product inspection, warehouse rework, quality control, or order fulfilment would be advantageous.</span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span>You'll have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
