Keep reading!</p><h3><br><span>ROLE OVERVIEW</span></h3><p><span>We are looking for a fast, trend-savvy, and hands-on Video Marketing Artist to fuel our User Acquisition engine with a high volume of dynamic video ads. In this operational role, you will produce high-converting, hyper-dynamic video ads optimized for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.</span></p><p><span>You won't just edit videos; you will reverse-engineer what makes people stop scrolling, iterate endlessly on hooks, and leverage Generative Artificial Intelligence to supercharge and scale your creative output. If you live on social media, edit at the speed of culture, and know how to take ownership of production workflows to work smarter and faster, we want you. We don't need heavy After Effects compositions—we need native, performance-driven content at scale.</span></p><p></p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-1759e65e-7fff-b9bb-4918-80d3e6fce8d1">1. Native Ad Production (Operational)</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver a continuous, high-volume pipeline of creative variations and ad iterations to feed our performance testing framework.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Edit highly engaging, fast-paced video ads using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or your software of choice.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Master native social media codes: text overlays, pacing, transitions, and the specific visual language of TikTok and Reels.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement killer sound design (SFX, music syncing, whooshes, impacts) to make every ad feel energetic and satisfying.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-1759e65e-7fff-b9bb-4918-80d3e6fce8d1">2.
