In this operational role, you will produce high-converting, hyper-dynamic video ads optimized for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.</span></p><p><span>You won't just edit videos; you will reverse-engineer what makes people stop scrolling, iterate endlessly on hooks, and leverage Artificial Intelligence to supercharge your creative output. If you live on social media, edit at the speed of culture, and know how to use AI to work smarter, we want you.
