Responsibilities

Prepare regulatory announcements, financial reports, annual reports and related disclosures.

Coordinate Board and committee meetings, shareholder meetings, meeting minutes and follow-up actions.

Prepare management reports, Board papers and presentation materials.

Support corporate governance, regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.

Assist in risk assessments, internal audits and follow-up on audit findings.

Review and maintain company policies, procedures and internal controls.
-
Coordinate ESG data collection and sustainability reporting.

Support corporate exercises, due diligence and other special projects.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA are preferred.
-
At least 5 – 6 years of relevant experience in corporate & management reporting, audit, governance or compliance, preferably with experience working in a listed company.
