Our client is an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) company.
Responsibilities
- Refer to and follow the lot traveler for the assigned production job.
- Carry out assembly and manufacturing processes according to established work instructions.
- Assemble products according to specified requirements and quality standards.
- Read and understand simple English instructions, production documents and basic drawings.
- Perform basic inspection and checking of completed products.
- Ensure products are built according to the required specifications and production procedures.
- Use manufacturing systems such as MES / SAP where required.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the workstation follows 5S standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Able to read and understand simple English words and instructions.
- Able to understand information stated on lot travelers and basic drawings.
- Comfortable performing hands-on assembly and repetitive production tasks.
- Familiarity with MES / SAP is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, electronics, cable assembly or a related environment will be an advantage.
