Location This role can be based in either Munich or Frankfurt and will require travel to customer sites where appropriate. What you’ll be doing Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and real-world applications Demonstrate a good understanding of Insurance and Public Sector practices and regulatory environments, and how the platform addresses gaps or risks Collaborate on the design and iteration of tailored solutions, working with partners, customers, and internal teams to define the right approach Facilitate discovery sessions with customers and partners, uncovering core business challenges and technical needs You will understand key deployment options and decisions at an enterprise level, and steer customers and internal teams to deliver the right solution to the problem. You will be an integral part of the account team for selected strategic Insurance and Public Sector customers, defining the account strategy to enable sustained business value using the Quantexa platform. You’ll take ownership of defining the strategy and vision for decision intelligence across the entire customer enterprise, for our strategic Insurance & Public Sector customers. You will work closely with product, delivery, and our strategic partners at Quantexa to ensure alignment with the Customer’s goals, adherence to Blueprints, expected value realisation through project and proving stages, scoping and setting up projects for success. You will make sure that the Quantexa platform is adopted operationally. You will own key executive relationships and ensure appropriate governance is in place. You will ensure customers renew and set the foundation to drive their expansion with Quantexa. You will support the growth and development of the European Field Engineering Function within Quantexa.
