Schedule worker overtime during peakperiods or whenever necessary

Strictly enforce company andgovernment-dictated work and safety rules

Requisition necessary materials andstock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations

Maintain equipment and surroundingareas in sound working order

Oversee on-the-job training ofprobationary workers Ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures andpractices
