From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.<br></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9d78305c-7fff-e545-46aa-35c2ad8ab8e8">The Role</strong></span></p><p><span>TOTEME is looking for a full-time Stock Supervisor to join the team at our stores at Biblioteksgatan and Nordiska Kompaniet. In this role, you will be responsible for managing back-of-house operations, including stockroom organization and inventory control, while also supporting the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with the Retail, Buying, Planning, and Client Services teams, and report directly to the Store Manager.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9d78305c-7fff-e545-46aa-35c2ad8ab8e8">Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the stockroom is always organized.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Receive, process and organize incoming stock.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and dispatch outgoing stock, including transfers and returns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the team in daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house functionality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor and contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute and improve workflows to optimize store efficiency, both independently and as part of a team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as a point of contact between the store and cross-functional departments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9d78305c-7fff-e545-46aa-35c2ad8ab8e8">Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Previous experie
