AI agents have made engineering throughput cheap, so senior judgment is now the scarce asset: what to build, what to gate, what to trust to production. We're looking for an experienced engineer to join our small crew and play a ~70/30 build-to-lead role:
- Raise the team’s bar without bureaucracy
- Ship production code
- Be the human PR review
- Own the quality delivery system as a product
- Ship spec-first
- Orchestrate AI at staff level
Stack: TypeScript, React, Python, PostgreSQL, ECS/Lambda, Terraform. We work on fascinating projects with physical implications to the world but more importantly we just really don't work with a*holes, I wake up happy to see my colleagues, the crew loves to laugh and we walk the walk.
