About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior FW Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team focused on the New Product Introduction (NPI) of our next-generation GPU/CPU/Storage hardware. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in leading the cross-functional efforts from concept to mass production, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of our innovative products that power the future of AI.

You will own the complexities of hardware and firmware (BIOS/BMC/CPLD) development cycles, collaborate with world-class engineers, and influence strategic decisions to bring groundbreaking technology to market.

The Technical Program Manager will

  • Lead and drive the end-to-end NPI process for next-generation DC-SCM hardware and firmware, from initial concept and architecture definition through design, validation, manufacturing, and production ramp.
  • Lead and drive the process for FW development, qualification, and release process.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and schedules, defining key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Hardware Design, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Anticipate and identify potential risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution of technical and logistical challenges.
  • Manage and track program progress against established timelines, budget, and quality metrics.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and status updates, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
