In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.</span><br></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-b3a685b9-7fff-941f-a5fa-80731ff488cc">Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME’s values.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Actively contribute to daily store operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-b3a685b9-7fff-941f-a5fa-80731ff488cc">Your Profile</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury sector.</span></p></li&
