About the Role
CoreWeave is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI Cloud companies. Our Chief Operating Officer’s organization is the driving force behind our physical buildout, including operations, supply chain, global expansion, IT and infrastructure delivery. In this role, you will shape the COO's voice and lead the communications that keep a large, in-office and in-field workforce aligned around strategy and execution. As a member of the Communications team, you will work closely with the COO and their leadership team, serving as a trusted advisor who helps contextualize CoreWeave’s market story while deepening employee engagement around major business and operational priorities.

- Builds rapport quickly, offers candid counsel, and translates an executive's priorities into a clear, authentic, and consistent leadership voice.
- An exceptional storyteller with outstanding writing and editing skills.
- Able to move fluidly between strategy and execution and exercises sound judgment in a fast-changing environment.
- Organized, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple high-impact workstreams with discipline.
- Understands how communications cadence, channels, feedback, and measurement work together to create organizational clarity.
- A collaborative partner who connects perspectives across functions and levels while maintaining momentum, discretion, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Own

- Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the COO, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities, and providing counsel on audience, timing, tone, and channel.
