Senior Electrical BIM/VDC

Now help us build the system that finds it.</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a senior electrical BIM/VDC professional to help build and lead the technical side of a specialized recruiting service for U.S. electrical contractors.</p><p>This starts as a <strong>paid four-week fractional project (10–20 hours/week)</strong>, with the potential to grow into an ongoing fractional or full-time leadership role.</p><hr><p><strong>Location:</strong><em> </em>Fully Remote</p><p></p><p><strong>Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Define technical requirements for electrical BIM modelers, senior coordinators and team leads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Train recruiters on BIM/VDC terminology, software, project types and relevant experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build résumé and portfolio screening standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop technical interview questions, evaluation criteria and scorecards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design a practical <strong>Revit/Navisworks candidate assessment</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review portfolios and interview shortlisted candidates.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Grade technical assessments and calibrate candidate quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help establish market-based compensation benchmarks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify the first <strong>3–5 candidates</strong> who are ready to confidently present to U.S. electrical contractors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help create a repeatable technical recruiting process that can scale.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful</strong></p><p><span><strong>Must have:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>7+ years of BIM/VDC experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong electrical or MEP specialization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced proficiency with <strong>Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Commercial or industrial construction experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience supporting <strong>U.S., Canadian, Australian or UK projects</strong>.</span></p></li&
