Our Savings team ⭐ We’re looking for a Savings Pricing Manager to drive and continuously improve the performance of Monzo’s savings products. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, modelling, and product growth.
You’ll be responsible for understanding how our savings rates perform in the market, why, and what we should do about it—from pricing optimisation to deposit forecasting. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Data Science, and Product squads to develop market and deposit insights and analysis, and turn them into actionable decisions that drive sustainable growth.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role with a direct impact on our deposit volumes, margin, and competitiveness in the UK market.

- Monitoring portfolio performance: Tracking the health of our live savings products against commercial targets, identifying performance trends, and digging into the data to diagnose the drivers behind deposit movements.
- Driving volume and margin trade-offs: Analysing pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to model trade-offs and optimise growth vs. profitability.
