Your focus will be to ensure top store standards, actively training staff and engaging customers to deliver an exceptional brand experience. The position is part time and includes approx. 15-32 hours per week.<br><br>We are continuing our expansion on the North American market, and you will play a crucial role in curating exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the energy in the store. <strong>Join us as we open our brand new store at the Toronto Premium Outlets, in Halton Hills, Ontario!</strong></p><p><strong>Your role will include:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Greet and assist customers, providing product information, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.</p></li><li><p>Operate the point-of-sale system, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.</p></li><li><p>Assist and lead the Visual Merchandise changes of the store following company guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on KPI's, targets and status of goals regularly as well as ensure company/store policies and procedures are being followed. </p></li><li><p>Motivating the team by recognizing strong performance and service, as well as assisting with new hire training, product knowledge and selling tools/technique.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that the store is in compliance with all Provincial and Federal laws, including wage and hour, human rights and equal employment opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Actively working with marketing material & campaigns, by executing store events to increase community involvement.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><
