<p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>As a Sales Consultant at Leroy Merlin, you’ll be the face of our store, helping customers discover products and solutions that t their needs while creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience. You will be instrumental in driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and enhancing customer loyalty.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Be the face of Leroy Merlin in-store, engaging directly with customers</p></li><li><p>Help customers identify products and solutions that fit their needs</p></li><li><p>Create a positive, welcoming, and helpful shopping experience</p></li><li><p>Drive in-store sales through effective product knowledge and customer interaction</p></li><li><p>Deliver excellent customer service at all times</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong customer relationships</p></li><li><p>Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty</p></li><li><p>Support the overall performance and success of the store</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualification and Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification</p></li><li><p>Be the in-store representative of Leroy Merlin, engaging directly with customers</p></li><li><p>Assist customers in identifying suitable products and solutions based on their needs</p></li><li><p>Deliver a welcoming, positive, and helpful shopping experience at all times</p></li><li><p>Drive in-store sales through strong product knowledge and effective customer interaction</p></li><li><p>Provide consistently excellent customer service</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong, long term customer relationships</p></li><li><p>Contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business</p></li><li><p>Support overall store performance and achievement of sales targets</p></li><li><p>Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required</p></li><li><p>Operate POS systems and basic computer applications efficiently</p></li><li><p>Maintain physical capability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift/move stock when necessary</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
