Who we are

Steamsauna Singapore designs and builds authentic Finnish saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges for homes and commercial spaces. We are the only Singapore member of the Sauna from Finland association, and our showroom shares a roof with Löyly Studio, a Finnish sauna wellness space where clients can feel the heat before they decide. We are a small team, and the person we hire will see the result of their own work every week.

The role

You will own two things. First, our new one-person home sauna: a compact Finnish sauna that fits in a 1 m × 1 m corner of a flat and installs in under a week. Our marketing campaign brings the enquiries; you turn them into happy owners. Second, our existing clients: homes and businesses we have built saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges for since 2024, who deserve regular care and have not always had it. You will reconnect with every one of them and look after them properly.

This is not a cold-calling job. The leads come to you. Your job is to respond fast, make people feel looked after, get the details right, and follow through to the end.

What you will do

• Reply to every enquiry within 24 hours, by WhatsApp, email or in person at the showroom.
• Host showroom visits and private sauna trials at Löyly Studio, so clients experience the product before they buy.
• Check that the home sauna fits the client’s space, from a floor plan or a short site visit.
• Prepare quotations on our template, follow up until the decision is made, and hand confirmed projects to our installation team with a clear brief.
• Build and keep our register of past clients, contact each one, and arrange the servicing their sauna, steam room or cold plunge needs.
• Raise invoices on completion and follow up until payment is received.
• Check in with clients after installation or service and ask for reviews and referrals.
• Keep our pipeline and service records current and tell the team each month what is working.

You will report to a co-founder and work closely with our installation and operational service team.

Who we are looking for

No sauna or technical qualification is needed; we will teach you the product in your first month. What we cannot teach is how you work, so this is what we hire for:

• A people person. Warm, upbeat and easy totalk to. First-time enquirers relax around you, and past clients are glad to hear from you.
• Organized and meticulous. You run several things at once, plan weeks ahead, and your quotes and records are right first time.
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership. You take accountability for your targets and for every client, and you follow up until nothing is left open: an open quote, a promised call-back, an unpaid invoice.
• Analytical. You read the monthly numbers, notice what is working, and say so.

You will likely have 1 to 4 years in a role that combined selling with looking after customers afterwards such as wellness studios, home improvement, air-conditioning, hospitality, renovation or interior design. Fluent, friendly written English matters, since much of our selling happens on WhatsApp. Own transport is an advantage, and if you are not yet a sauna user, you will be.

What we offer

• between $3,000 and $3,200 a month basic salary, plus sales commission.
