🤝 Connect with candidates and understand their career aspirations. 📞 Conduct interviews and identify individuals with strong potential. 🌱 Support new hires throughout their onboarding journey. 📈 Work closely with leaders to build and strengthen high-performing teams. 💡 Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
