Our client is an established civil and infrastructure contractor with a growing portfolio of local and overseas projects. They are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to support tendering, cost management and contract administration for M&E works.
Responsibilities
- Manage M&E quantity surveying duties across tendering, pre-contract and post-contract stages.
- Review tender documents, conduct quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
- Support subcontractor sourcing, tender evaluation and procurement.
- Manage contracts and subcontracts, including progress claims, variation orders and payment assessments.
- Verify claims from subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor project costs and commercial matters.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial issues.
- Maintain accurate cost records and contract documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience in tendering, cost estimation, subcontract administration and post-contract management.
- Experience in civil, infrastructure, building or M&E contracting projects will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with quantity measurement, contract administration and variation claims.
- Able to manage QS responsibilities independently and work effectively with project teams.
- Experience in a QS consultancy environment will be an advantage.

- Salary : up to S$6,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
