You’ll help identify and resolve integration issues and support smooth communication between internal teams, PSPs and merchants.</span></p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p><span>Conduct business and system analysis for new PSP integrations by reviewing PSP API specifications and documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design optimal integration flows for merchants and end users based on PSP requirements and payment logic.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review and test integrations against PSP API specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Validate request and response payloads; validate error handling within PSP integrations; validate payment flow logic, including 3DS and cascading.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify gaps or inconsistencies between PSP documentation and actual API behaviour. Document identified gaps and inconsistencies in PSP integrations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with PSP and Development teams to resolve identified integration issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review integration tasks to confirm that implementation meets business requirements before launch.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain existing PSP integrations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the L2 team in investigating issues related to assigned PSPs. Assist with communication between Product and Development teams and PSPs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide merchants with the information required to launch their integration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cross-check integration tasks completed by colleagues. Support Junior colleagues with complex issues.</span></
