PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing engineering design and consultancy projects from initiation through completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements, timelines, resources and deliverables are properly managed.

It includes the following

• Plan and coordinate engineering design and consultancy projects according to client requirements and agreed project scope.
• Coordinate with engineers, technical consultants and other project stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project scopes, deliverables and work plans.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of engineering drawings, technical reports, specifications and other project documentation.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, clarify requirements and address project-related matters.
• Monitor project progress and maintain proper records of project activities, correspondence, approvals and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, suppliers and other relevant parties where applicable.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with agreed requirements, company procedures and applicable standards.
