Job Responsibilities
- Manage new product introduction projects from development through production launch.
- Coordinate product transfers and ensure manufacturing readiness for new and existing products.
- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and other teams to resolve manufacturing and product issues.
- Support engineering changes, troubleshooting, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor project schedules, coordinate resources and ensure production milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain product and manufacturing documentation, including first article and quality-related records.
- Support continuous improvement and ensure smooth transition of products into mass production.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PCBA, EMS or electronics manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in NPI, product transfer and manufacturing support.
- Familiar with engineering change management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Experience with ISO 13485 and/or FDA requirements will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
