Producer, Client Experience & Growth (Contract)

This role works closely with strategy, creative, production, and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for prospective clients while ensuring every proposal is organized, polished, and on time.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Coordinate business development opportunities from initial intake through proposal submission</li> <li>Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, production, and operations</li> <li>Develop proposal decks, budgets, scopes, and supporting client materials</li> <li>Serve as the primary coordinator for prospective client communications throughout the proposal process</li> <li>Maintain opportunity tracking and reporting within Nutshell CRM and internal planning tools</li> <li>Coordinate weekly business development resource forecasting with department leads</li> <li>Lead handoffs of won opportunities to delivery teams for successful project kickoffs</li> <li>Support client experience initiatives including events, conferences, sponsorships, and relationship-building activities</li> <li>Improve proposal templates, business development workflows, CRM processes, and operational documentation</li> </ul> <h2>What You'll Bring</h2> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Coordinator, or similar role within a digital agency or consulting environment</li> <li>Experience coordinating proposals, pitches, RFP responses, or client-facing deliverables</li> <li>Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence working across internal teams and external clients</li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, client-ready work</li> <li>Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to Have</h2> <ul> <li>Experience supporting agency business deve
