What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end logistics programs across first-, middle-, and last-mile; define scope, OKRs, and drive execution.
- Manage KR→TW report transition and build unified end-to-end visibility.• Improve PDD and operational performance by removing defects and bottlenecks with LOC, hubs, linehaul, and sortation teams.
- Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and turn insights into actions, owners, and SOP changes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and hubs to solve problems and deliver structured recommendations.
- Run simulations for network, volume, and cut-off changes to guide data-based decisions.
- Identify risks, execute mitigation, and manage communication and ch
