Savings is an important driver of member growth and retention, giving this role significant influence over the future of our financial health platform and how we help members build stronger financial futures.</span></p> <p><span>You’ll lead the ideation, development, launch, and scaling of new products and features while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support. This role reports to the Vice President &amp; General Manager for Savings and Mobile. If you care about doing your best work while actually moving the needle for real people, you'll fit right in.</strong></span></p> <h2><span><span>What You'll Do</span></span></h2> <p><strong><span>Your day-to-day</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>You’ll lead the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Oportun’s Savings product in partnership with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.</span></li> <li><span>You’ll scope and lead the development of new products and features designed to improve members’ financial health and strengthen growth and retention.</span></li> <li><span>You’ll use customer research, experimentation, data, and product metrics to build a deep understanding of member needs and behaviors and translate those insights into product decisions.</span></li> <li><span>You’ll lead a high-performing cross-functional product team across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support to bring new capabilities to market.</span></li> <li><span>You’ll drive alignment across teams and leaders
