- Develop and lead initiatives for the professional growth of educators.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- A Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers.
- Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
