Pango (YC S26) | Founding Software Engineer | On-site (hybrid) in Stockholm, Sweden | Full time Pango is building the world's first Agentic Operating System for e-commerce logistics. Our vision is to create the AI e-commerce employee of the future. We are forming our core team in Stockholm and are looking for exceptional engineers. We are backed by some of the most some of the most prominent investors in the world. In less than a year, we have seen massive growth where we can't keep up with the demand and need engineers to bring the product faster to the market. You are a good fit if:

• You are comfortable maintaining, expanding and operating an B2B SaaS platform with a high sense of ownership.
• You have previous experience working at a SaaS product company as a founding or senior engineer
• You have strong proficiency in any backend language or platform (we particularly like Rust or Golang background)
• You have a pragmatic attitude and understand the importance of shipping velocity at an early stage startup
• E-commerce (Shopify, WMS, IMS, shipping carrier integrations) experience is a plus.
