Operation Coordinator /$3,000 - $4,000 @Alexandra

Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.

Oversee shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams, customers/stakeholders.

Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices & submission to the Finance.

Monitor freight & insurance billing, investigate discrepancies and prepare management reports.

Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.
-
Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
-
Comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel. Proficiency in (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)

Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
