<p><span>Nordic Knots is looking for an experienced, highly organised and service-minded Office Manager / PA to the Founders to create an exceptional workplace experience and provide trusted, proactive support to our founders.</span></p><p><span>This is a central role at the heart of Nordic Knots. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day office experience, ensure that practical operations run seamlessly and help bring our culture and standards to life across the organisation. Alongside this, you will support our founders with calendar management, travel, meetings and day-to-day coordination, always working with discretion, sound judgement and a strong sense of priority.</span></p><p>The right person combines a genuinely hands-on mindset with maturity, structure and a sharp eye for detail. You are naturally one step ahead, take pride in creating order and thoughtful experiences, and know how to navigate a global context, ensuring that employees beyond the head office feel equally included, connected and cared for, regardless of where they are based.</p><h5><span>Key Responsibilities</span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Provide proactive, high-trust support to the founders, managing calendars, meetings, priorities, travel and practical logistics with discretion and sound judgement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take full ownership of the daily office operations and maintain a welcoming, functional and distinctly Nordic Knots workplace.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously improve office routines, shared spaces and ways of working to support collaboration, energy and pride.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Plan and deliver internal events and initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and connection across offices, remote teams and international locations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate travel across the organisation and develop efficient, consistent and scalable global processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage office purchasing, invoices, expenses, budgets and related administration accurately and on time.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own relationships with the landlord, property management and external suppliers, ensuring that facilities matters are resolved promptly and to a high standard.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate practical onboarding, workplace safety and office routines to create a smooth, welcoming and consistent employee experience.</span></p></li></ul><h5>About you</h5><p><span>You bring qualified experience supporting founders or senior executives in a high-trust capacity, with responsibility for complex calendars, s
