Job Summary
You will perform facial, aesthetic, body, and scalp treatments while conducting client consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products. You will build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform facial, aesthetic, body, and scalp treatments following clinic protocols and hygiene standards
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products
- Recommend treatment packages and promotions tailored to client goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance client retention
- Achieve individual sales and service targets through effective consultation and product recommendations
- Maintain accurate treatment records in compliance with clinic SOPs
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to ensure an excellent client experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in medispa, aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industries
- Hands-on treatment experience with medical aesthetics, body, and scalp treatments considered an advantage
- Confident communication and consultation skills to engage clients effectively
- Sales-driven mindset combined with strong customer service orientation
- Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
