About the job
This position is needed to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaign operational requests. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and objectives
- Build, test and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Prioritize, track and document campaign request updates via project management software (Jira)
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Resolve roadblocks and issues as needed to meet campaign goals
