Join our Global Crewing team in Algeciras and support the crew of our Strait of Gibraltar fleet.</p><h1><strong>About The Role</strong></h1><p class="MsoNormal"><em>Be part of the movement, and play your part.</em></p><p class="MsoNormal">As Marine HR Officer, you will provide day-to-day administrative and casework support for our seafarer employment framework across the Strait of Gibraltar fleet, comprising 4 vessels crew.You will keep employment records, certificates and payroll paperwork in order, and support HR casework,</p><p class="MsoNormal">This role is based full time at our Algeciras office, with occasional travel to Ceuta, Tangier and the vessels.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Your key responsibilities will include:</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>● </span>Issuing and filing seafarer contracts and variations and keeping employment records up to date across the fleet's Spanish, Moroccan and residual international arrangements.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>● </span>Tracking certificates of competency and flag state examination sittings, and maintaining records supporting MLC 2006, STCW and manning compliance.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>● </span>Preparing monthly payroll and social security inputs and supporting registration with TGSS and the Instituto Social de la Marina.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>● </span>Maintaining manning tables, rotation records and workforce data (headcount, FTE, turnover), and supporting onboarding and training compliance for new crew.</p><p class="MsoListParagraph"><span>● </span>Disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes.</p><h1><strong>About You</strong></h1><p class="MsoListParagraph"><strong>Experience & Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Proven experience in a Marine HR, Crewing, or Maritime Personnel role within the shipping, ferry, cruise, or offshore sector.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Strong working knowledge of the <strong>Spanish Special Register of Ships and Shipping Companies (REBECA/Canary Islands Register)</strong> requirements and associated maritime employment regulations.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Sound understanding of <strong>Spanish Labour Law</strong>, employment practices, and social security requirements.</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraph">Experience interpreting and applying relevant <strong>Spanish Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)</strong> within the maritime sector.</p></li&gt
