Role Overview Coupang’s HRM Senior Managers play a critical role in driving organizational excellence by overseeing HQ operations and ensuring global consistency in our HR systems. As a HRM Manager, you will manage core HR full function HR activities that include focus on site performance management; people management; HR system management; ER relevant problem solving; LMS; Workday data, align with HQ on payroll/CB/ER/PR/ESH/compliance requirements.
Acting as a strategic bridge between partnership/leadership and execution. You will also function as a high-level problem solver, optimizing HR programs and providing data-driven insights to ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all business locations.
What You Will Do
- Oversee on site operations activities and manage the strategic coordination of tasks across all departments to ensure continuous improvement
- Execute company-wide HR strategies by collaborating with Strategy and Planning teams to implement consistent systems and programs
- Maintain consistency in HR processes across all business locations, supervising operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to foster communication and ensure the smooth execution of HR policies
- Provide regular data-driven reports and feedback to senior management regarding on site HR operations and process optimization
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while overseeing staffing /attendance/employee relations/on boarding training and the management of HR system data accuracy
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of total HR experience with a focus on HRM operations
- 5+ years of experience in a people management role, leading and developing HR teams
