IT Systems Engineer | 2-Year Contract | Web application | IM8 |SaaS

What you will do?

Support the day-to-day management of corporate websites and systems in a public-sector environment. You will work alongside the System Manager to manage user requests, coordinate operational issues with the incumbent contractor and relevant GovTech contacts, and support system enhancements, upgrades and change requests.

We’re looking for. . .

Someone with hands-on experience managing or supporting websites or web platforms, and confidence working with users, vendors and technical teams to resolve issues and keep services running. You should be able to review issues, coordinate follow-up and suggest practical improvements that make systems more effective for users.

Experience with public-sector systems, GovTech products or SaaS platforms is useful. Knowledge of IM8 is an advantage but is not essential.

Contract: 2 years Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm Salary: Up to $6,250 per month, subject to approval for publication Location: Nearby REDHILL MRT Station
