Job Scope

• Plan and coordinate staff engagement and wellbeing activities
• Organise internal events, including logistics, vendors and registration
• Prepare event proposals, budgets and promotional materials
• Handle staff enquiries and coordinate follow-up actions
• Support administration of staff facilities and wellness programmes
• Assist with HR projects, procurement and general administration

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Events Management, Communications or related discipline
• No experience required
• Experience in event coordination or employee engagement is an advantage
• Willing to support occasional events outside office hours
