Job Scope
- Plan and coordinate staff engagement and wellbeing activities
- Organise internal events, including logistics, vendors and registration
- Prepare event proposals, budgets and promotional materials
- Handle staff enquiries and coordinate follow-up actions
- Support administration of staff facilities and wellness programmes
- Assist with HR projects, procurement and general administration
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Events Management, Communications or related discipline
- No experience required
- Experience in event coordination or employee engagement is an advantage
- Willing to support occasional events outside office hours
